FAQ's

Once you have placed an online order, just relax. Though expensive but we ship only with the best logistics companies (DHL & Hermes). We try our best to ship the order ASAP (within 12 hrs) after recieveing your oder.  Please use the Shipment tracking information which we send you after we have booked your packet with logistics company. We try our best that you recieve your order within in 1-3 days.


Within Augsburg 99% you will recieve your order next say :).

Once the order has been placed, you can still change your order within 2 hour by writing us at info@swades.eu, we will happily help you in changing it. 
Else you can also cancel your oder and place a new one. 

We are delivering products in Germany, Italy, Netherland, Austria, Spain and Switzerland (mainly Euro zone). The shipping charges might differ outside Germany..

We ship orders within 24 hours after recieving the order. Since fast deliveries is one of our promise, we aim for shipping the orders within 12 hours.

Shipping is FREE for all orders above € 49 in Germany.For orders below value of 49 €, a minimal shipping charge of 3.99 € will be applicable.

 For other EU countries shipping charges may differ. 

Yes, you can initiate refund of any article if you are not satisfied or have changed your mind. Provided that the product packaging is not opened You can send the item back to us (you have to pay the shipping charges). Once we receive the item, after checking it, we will process the refund immediately. Generally you shall recieve the amount in your account within 1-3 working days. 

Please remember that we don’t accept used product in return.
