It is made by removing the husk of rice and then grinding the raw rice into fine powder. | Coarse Semolina is made from durum wheat and is used in breakfast cereals, puddings & sweet dishes (such as Halwa), and salty dishes such as Rawa Dosa and Upma. It is also known by the names ?Rawa? and ?Sooji? in India. | Urid Dal is the split Urid bean with a creamy white interior and the natural black husk intact. It cooks faster than the whole Urid dal. Once softened, it thickens to form a delicious, rich gravy.
