Chickpea flour is ideal for preparing onion bhajias, and vegetable dumplings, as well as for many Indian sweets. | Rajma or Red Kidney Beans are deep red, kidney-shaped beans that are popular all over the world. The rajma gravy has a gorgeous red colour and is thick and creamy. It is a great combination of health and taste. As the Rajma beans take time to cook, they are soaked overnight. | These chilli flakes are made from fresh red chili peppers that have been sun dried and then coarsely ground. This is why they have gained in aroma and heat. A versatile spice, not only for the Asian, but also for the domestic kitchen.
