Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and DeepRaj Traders UG (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the [www.swadesh.eu] website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.
Validity
The conditions apply to all contracts, supplies, and products of “Swadesh.eu” online shop.
Information about the conclusion of a (any) contract
The technical steps associated with the conclusion of the contract, the contract conclusion itself and the correction options are executed in accordance to the regulations conclusion of the contract in our standard business terms (part I.). Termination of Registration / Refusal of order(s)
Swadesh.eu online shop may reject the acceptance of order in case of any one of following consequence has occurred.
- The customer is not reachable via telephone or email in case of confirmation of order at “DeepRaj Traders UG” owned on-line shop “Swadesh.eu”.
- Outstanding accounts of previous orders still exist in our database for the defined amount of period.
- Necessary data (Payment means, address, contact information, etc.) is/are missing.
- If terms and conditions are violated by the user and/or some foul play with the system is encountered.
Termination of Registration
The company, in its sole discretion and without any liability, reserves the right to terminate or refuse your registration, or refuse to permit use/access to the marketplace, if it is discovered or brought to attention that you do not conform to the terms and conditions, or the company has reason to believe (also including through evaluating usage patterns) that the eligibility criteria is not met and/or is violated by any user, or may breach the terms of this User Agreement.
Shipment policies
Germany
- Free shipping for order above € 35 and upto 30 kg of total weight.
- If the Order weight is above 30kg (irrespective of total amount of order) additional € 3.99 will be charged.
- There is standard delivery charge of € 5.99 for order below € 20 for all the orders to be delivered within the Federal Republic of Germany.
- There is standard delivery charge of 3.99 € for order value between € 20 & € 35 for all the orders to be delivered within the Federal Republic of Germany.
- If an order is rejected by the customer, does not picks it from packet station or is sent back to us because of wrong address given by customer, the shipment charges (shipping + return) will be borne by the customer.
France
- Free shipping for order above € 69 and upto 28 kg of total weight.
- If the order weight is above 28kg and a second packaging box is needed (irrespective of total amount of order) additional € 9.99 will be charged.
- There is standard delivery charge of € 11.99 for order below €40 in France.
- There is standard delivery charge of € 8.99 for order between €40 & €69 for all the orders to be delivered in France.
- If an order is rejected by the customer or sent back to us because of wrong address given by customer, the shipment charges (shipping + return) will be borne by the customer.
- Delivery time to FR is generally 2-3 working days (depending on the location in France).
Netherlands
- Free shipping for order above € 59 and upto 28 kg of total weight.
- If the order weight is above 28kg and a second packaging box is needed (irrespective of total amount of order) additional € 6.99 will be charged.
- There is standard delivery charge of € 8.99 for order below € 59 in Netherlands.
- If an order is rejected by the customer or sent back to us because of wrong address given by customer, the shipment charges (shipping + return) will be borne by the customer.
- Delivery time to NL is generally 2 working days.
Austria
- Free shipping for order above € 59 and upto 28 kg of total weight.
- If the order weight is above 28kg and a second packaging box is needed (irrespective of total amount of order) additional € 6.99 will be charged.
- There is standard delivery charge of € 8.99 for order below € 59 in Austria.
- If an order is rejected by the customer or sent back to us because of wrong address given by customer, the shipment charges (shipping + return) will be borne by the customer.
- Delivery time to Asutria is generally 2 working days
Italy
- Free shipping for order above € 69 and upto 28 kg of total weight.
- If the order weight is above 28kg and a second packaging box is needed (irrespective of total amount of order) additional € 10.99 will be charged.
- There is standard delivery charge of € 112.99 for order below € 69 in Italy.
- If an order is rejected by the customer or sent back to us because of wrong address given by customer, the shipment charges (shipping + return) will be borne by the customer.
- Delivery time to Italy is generally 2-3 working days
Right of revocation/return/refund/exchange
- The customer has right to return the ordered items if the delivered item is defective or broken or damaged due to handling or any other reason. “Swadesh.eu” will refund the cost of returned articles back to the customer after receiving the articles.
- In case of damaged or broken or any other reason customer wants to exchange the product, the customer has to inform “Swadesh.eu” within 3 days of receiving delivery and then return the articles within next 3-5 days.
- Customer has to bear cost of return shipment in case of returned articles.
- In case of missing article(s) in the order, customer has to inform Swadesh after receiving the order (within 2-3 days) and the customer will either be refunded for missing articles or Swadesh will send the missing articles without any additional shipment charges.

Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions.
User Representation
Personally identifiable information, such as your name, shipping address, email address, and telephone number, and demographic information, such as your age, gender, hometown, and interests, that you voluntarily give to us [when you register with the Site

Prohibited Activities

User Generated Contribution
If we reorganize or sell all or a portion of our assets, undergo a merger, or are acquired by another entity, we may transfer your information to the successor entity. If we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, your information would be an asset transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that the transferee may decline honor commitments we made in this Privacy Policy.
